So rewarding. The hard work of the social service navigators, Ciara and Court, in our Social and Healthcare Integration Program is yielding results. Court was able to take pics of the move-in day today of Michael, who has been homeless on the streets and in shelter for about 1.5 years. Congratulations to all and the best of luck to Michael!
