Regina joined Coming Home in July 2021 as Coordinated Assessment Access Navigator. She works with all County service agencies in the review of their standardized assessments of persons experiencing homelessness for placement in a permanent housing provider or on a housing provider’s prioritization list.
Regina is a proud mother of three children. She is a graduate of Howard University's School of Business and City College of New York's Graduate School of Education. She worked most recently as an English teacher and, previously, at other business establishments, including Fortune 500 companies and non-profit/service agencies. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, travel and reading.
Coordinated Assessment System Solutions Navigator
Christiana Osawe joined Coming Home in August 2017 as a Case Manager and Social Services Navigator. Christiana is responsible for directly working with the clients as well as working with community members on other initiatives that will help combat the various social barriers to housing the clients face. Christiana is a recent graduate of Rutgers University New Brunswick where she received her B.A. in Public Health, a certificate in Health Disparity Studies, and minored in Business Administration and Biology. She has a passion for mentoring and empowering underrepresented groups and worked to do so during her college years. She was introduced to Coming Home in the summer of 2017 while interning for a local hospital. During that time, she worked closely with Eileen, Bobbin, and other local cohorts to develop a pocket-sized resource guide for those in need of social assistance.

Coming Home co-leads the County’s Housing Continuum of Care Committee (CoC), which coordinates planning and management of services funded by HUD, and works in concert with CoC member agencies. We also foster collaboration and partnerships with the leadership of the County’s 25 municipalities, health care entities and affordable housing developers.
