Just before the holiday week, our Chris, and Michelle from the County, hosted a successful landlord networking get together. Landlords, realtors and providers were present. We’ve been working on expanding the network of landlords with whom we work by trying to address their business needs while they address our need of finding affordable housing for our collective clients. We recognized the work of one landlord, Max Katz, who has been most helpful in our work including suggesting the groups’ motto of “Doing well, by doing good.”
